Since 1984, our pine nut factory has offered you the finest that nature has to offer, straight from Lebanon's colorful forests. We hand-pick the cones from the trees to ensure the best pine nut quality. No heaters are used to open the cones; instead, we follow the traditional method and wait from winter until summer to extract the black pine from the cones. The process then continues to obtain the white pine, which we select using the latest sorting machines. Both extra-white pine and natural-color pine are available.
