Since 1984 our pine nut factory offers you the finest that nature has to offer, straight from Lebanon's colourful forests. In order to ensure the best pine nut quality, we hand-pick the cones from trees. No heaters are used to open the cones; instead, we follow the traditional way and wait from winter until summer to extract the black pine from the cones. The process then continues to obtain the white pine, which we select using the newest sorting machines. Both extra white pine and natural color pine are available.
